Man Injured By Falling Beer Can

There is an interesting post on the Safe Workplace blog about a man who went to a grocery store to purchase a four-pack of beer. One of the beer cans slipped free from the plastic ring, falling and hitting the man. He is now suing the grocery store, brewer and beer distributor for the resulting serious injury.
