Safety and An Aging Workforce

The American Society of Safety Engineers has just published at page titled:

The point of the paper is that an aging and out-of-shape workforce is becoming the driving force behind increasing worker's compensation and healthcare costs. To keep these costs under control, employers need to be looking at ways to help employees get more exorise and live a healthier lifestyle.
